Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah spoke on Monday on Al Manar television channel.
He therefore estimated that the next few days will be decisive for the formation of a next government and that the meetings that will be held today, tomorrow and Wednesday will make things clearer. He was referring to reports of an upcoming meeting between Prime Minister designate Saad Hariri and the President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun.

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah also attacked the United States, as usual, accused of imposing a state of siege on the Land of the Cedars, prevented from accessing any international aid. He thus responded to the United States Ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea warned the Lebanese authorities against any importation of fuel from Iran as proposed by the leader of the Shiite movement.
Finally, concerning the Beirut port issue, Hassan Nasrallah regretted that the people who should soon be accused including the outgoing Prime Minister Hassan Diab and the former finance ministers Ali Hassan Khalil and transport Ghazi Zoater, both members of the Amal movement, the other Shiite party, learned about it through the press as part of the investigation into the tragedy of the 4th August 2020 and which left more than 200 dead and more than 6,000 injured.
Hassan Nasrallah also refuted any presence of Hezbollah weapons in the confines of the port of Beirut before calling on Judge Tarek Bitar to publish his conclusions on this matter as soon as possible.
“We reject any political exploitation of the investigation into the Beirut port explosion,” Nasrallah concluded.
