Lebanon deplores 51 deaths as a result of complications induced by the coronavirus COVID19. In addition, 2,255 people were diagnosed with the virus, a number still high despite the measures taken and the vaccination that began.

A total of 351,048 have been infected since 21 February 2020, when the first case was discovered in Lebanon.

The daily number of local contaminations is 2,247 cases. 8 cases from abroad have been diagnosed.
The total number of people affected by the virus is 347,039 local cases and 4,009 cases from abroad.
2,193 people are currently reported to be hospitalized and 922 people are in critical condition and 292 are on respirators.

51 deaths have been announced in the last 24 hours. The total number of people who have died has been 4,257 since the onset of the disease in Lebanon on 21 February 2020.
The ratio of positive tests remains high with the figure of 18.7%.
