Lebanese authorities announce that 843 people have been diagnosed positive for covid19 in the past 24 hours, a new record at the highest in 11 weeks and the previous wave. The number of deaths remains identical to the previous days with only one death, a toll which could however soon worsen due to the increase in the number of cases.
According to current information, all currently hospitalized patients under the age of 50 are unvaccinated. Beyond that, only one case of an 86-year-old man who was vaccinated would receive hospital treatment.
