Mohammed Hout was re-elected president of the MEA, the airline said. It also indicates that it approved the company’s accounts between 2011 and 2020, a period during which it would have made 700 million dollars in profits. Dividentes for the years 2011 to 2018 will also be paid up to $ 55 million per year. In total, 440 million dollars should be repaid, mainly to the Bank of Lebanon which holds 99% of the shares of the airline.

In addition, in addition to the mandate of Mohammed Hout, the mandates of Marwan Salha, Michel Tueni, Sami Matta and Fouad Fawaz were previously renewed on the board of directors.
