Currently, 675 people are hospitalized, a figure in slight decline, including 71 considered to be in serious condition.
The information comes as Lebanese authorities also noted that 566 cases arrived in Lebanon via Beirut International Airport on December 30 and 31 as well as on January 1, with the majority of cases coming from Ethiopia, Egypt. but also from Iraq and Turkey.
