The commander of the ISF, General Imad Othman, was knighted in the Legion of Honor by the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Anne Grillo on behalf of the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
This ceremony took place at the Residence des Pins on Thursday.
Anne Grillo underlined, during the ceremony, the role played by the ISF in the fight against terrorism and the progress made in particular in cooperation between France and Lebanon.
