Les proches du premier ministre désigné Saad Hariri sont optimistes quant à la prochaine annonce de la formation du gouvernement, alors que les écueils demeurent notamment entre ce dernier et le Président de la République concernant la nomination des ministres chrétiens du prochain cabinet.
En effet, de source médiatique, on indique que Saad Hariri envisagerait de choisir lui-même les ministrables chrétiens tout en laissant les partis chiites ou druzes nommer les leurs, ce qui est inacceptable pour le Président de la République.
En ligne de mire, Saad Hariri souhaiterait ainsi créer des tensions au sein même de la majorité CPL-Hezbollah ou encore Amal et ainsi tenter d’isoler le courant patriotique libre.
Pour sa part, le dirigeant du CPL, Gébran Bassil, a nié être impliqué dans le cadre de la formation du prochain gouvernement. Aucune condition, demande ou équation n’est imposée, souligne un communiqué.
