The television channel LBCI announced yesterday that the judge in charge of the investigation of the explosion of the port of Beirut, Fadi Sawwan, has decided to publish an arrest warrant against the former Minister of Public Works and Transport Youssef Fenianos for negligence.
The official publication of the arrest warrant is expected to come after the interrogation that takes place on Thursday, when former minister Youssef Fenianos has already indicated that he will not attend the judicial meeting, challenging the jurisdiction of the local justice system in the indictment of ministerial officials.
