The Prime Minister recalled that his previous government had adopted a document on youth whose main objectives were to promote education, specialization, economic empowerment, skills development and active citizenship.
He admitted, however, that the COVID19 epidemic has had a hard impact on young people. “the importance of the well-being and mental health of young people in responding to COVID-19 and recovering from the epidemic”, a crisis which has been added to the already financial, economic and social crises already present.
