Le gouvernement libanais a relevé le salaire minimum à 28 millions de livres libanaises sans gains de productivité ni plan économique global. Cette mesure pourrait nourrir l’inflation, creuser les inégalités et fragiliser les PME. L’ajustement s’inscrit dans une politique nominale, non structurelle, sans stratégie pour améliorer l’emploi formel ou la productivité. Le risque d’une boucle prix-salaires non maîtrisée s’ajoute à l’inefficacité d’un mécanisme sans ciblage réel.
